Tex. Water Code § 5.1773: COMPLAINT ASSESSMENT.

(a) The commission annually shall conduct a comprehensive analysis of the complaints it receives, including analysis by the following categories:

(1) air;

(2) water;

(3) waste;

(4) priority classification;

(5) region;

(6) commission response;

(7) enforcement action taken; and

(8) trends by complaint type.

(b) In addition to the analysis required by Subsection (a), the commission shall assess the impact of changes made in the commission's complaint policy.
