SUBCHAPTER R. ACCREDITATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING LABORATORIES

In this subchapter, "environmental testing laboratory" means a scientific laboratory that performs analyses to determine the chemical, molecular, or pathogenic components of environmental media for regulatory compliance purposes.
