SUBCHAPTER R. ACCREDITATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING LABORATORIES

After notice and an opportunity for hearing, the commission may suspend or revoke the accreditation of an environmental testing laboratory that does not comply with the minimum performance and quality assurance standards established under this subchapter.
