CHAPTER 51A. METROPOLITAN WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS AND SUBDISTRICTS

The powers granted by this chapter to districts shall be broadly interpreted and liberally construed to effect the legislative intent and the purposes of this chapter and not as a limitation of powers.
