Tex. Water Code § 58.225: VOTING BY REPRESENTATIVE.

(a) A landowner may authorize an individual to vote in a district election as the landowner's representative as provided by this subchapter.

(b) If ownership of the land is vested in more than one individual or in a corporation, partnership, or other business entity, the vote must be made by a registered representative.
