SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the Texas Water Development Board.

(2) "Executive administrator" means the executive administrator of the board.

(3) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
