SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD

The board shall appoint a person to be the executive administrator to serve at the will of the board. A person is not eligible for appointment as the executive administrator if the person served in that capacity on January 1, 2013.
