SUBCHAPTER E. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS FOR THE BOARD

(a) The board shall make biennial reports in writing to the governor and the members of the legislature. Each report shall include a statement of the activities of the board and its recommendations for necessary and desirable legislation.
