Tex. Water Code § 60.0725: NUISANCES; POLLUTION.

Where this section sits in the code

The commission may suppress and prevent nuisances, pollution, and improper disposal of materials on any district property to:

(1) accomplish the purposes stated in Section 60.071;

(2) protect other district property; or

(3) promote the health, safety, and general welfare of persons using other district property.
