SUBCHAPTER E. POWERS OF DISTRICTS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PORT FACILITIES

A district may accept a gift, grant, donation, or bequest of money, services, equipment, goods, or other tangible or intangible property from any source for any district purpose.
