SUBCHAPTER G. REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF PERMITS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND REGISTRATIONS

If the holder of a permit, license, certificate, or registration requests or consents to the revocation or suspension of the permit, license, certificate, or registration, the executive director may revoke or suspend the permit, license, exemption, certificate, or registration without a hearing.
