- Chapter 11-46b Regulation of Livestock
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Livestock" means cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, mules, poultry, or domesticated elk as defined in Section 4-39-102.
(2) "Political subdivision" means:
(a) a municipality as defined in Section 10-1-104; or
(b) a county, as it relates to the regulation of livestock in the unincorporated area of the county.
