(1) This chapter does not prohibit a county from adopting the county's own land use standards.
(2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), a county may not impose a requirement, regulation, condition, or standard that conflicts with a provision of this chapter, Chapter 80, Counties and Housing Supply, other state law, or federal law.
