Utah Code § 20A-5a-301: Municipal notice of open offices for municipal election.

On or before the first business day in February of an odd-numbered year, the election officer for a municipality shall provide to each county clerk of a county in which all or a part of the municipality is located written notice of the municipal offices to be voted on in the upcoming municipal general election.
