Utah Code § 20A-5a-304: Special district notice of candidate filing for municipal election.

On or before the first business day in May of an odd-numbered year, the clerk of a special district shall publish for the special district, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for 30 calendar days:
(1) a list of the special district offices to be voted on in the upcoming municipal general election; and
(2) the declaration of candidacy period, described in Subsection 20A-9-203(3)(d), for the special district offices described in Subsection (1).
