Utah Code § 53F-6-417: Appeals process for denied reimbursements.

In accordance with required program administration the program manager shall:
(1) follow an appeals process for when a student's eligibility is suspended or disqualified under Section 53F-6-405; and
(2) establish the process and procedures for the appeals process described in this section.
