Utah Code § 58-93-301: Licensure required -- License classifications.

(1) A licensee is required to engage in an act regulated by this chapter. except as otherwise provided in this chapter.

(2) The division shall issue to a person that qualifies under this chapter a license in the following classifications:

(a) bail bond agency;

(b) bail enforcement agent;

(c) bail recovery agent; and

(d) bail recovery apprentice.
