Utah Code § 58-93-309: Replacement of qualifier.

If the qualifier of a bail bond agency ceases to perform the qualifier's duties on a regular basis, the licensee shall:

(1) notify the division in writing within 15 days after the day on which the qualifier ceases to perform the qualifier's duties on a regular basis; and

(2) replace the qualifying agent within 60 days after the day on which the licensee notifies the division under Subsection (1).
