Utah Code § 58-93-311: Operating standards -- Rulemaking.

The division, in collaboration with the board, shall establish by rule in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, operating standards that shall apply to the conduct of a licensee under this chapter, including rules relating to use of uniforms, badges, insignia, designations, and representations used by or associated with a licensee's practice under this chapter.
