Utah Code § 63A-20-203: Program manager -- Appointment -- Duties.

(1) The executive director, with the approval of the governor, shall appoint an individual to manage the program.

(2) The program manager shall be experienced in:

(a) government administration;

(b) data privacy;

(c) cybersecurity; and

(d) information technology.

(3) The program manager is responsible for implementing a state-endorsed digital identity in accordance with this chapter.
