Utah Code § 63A-5b-805: Leasing by higher education institutions.

(1) The Utah Board of Higher Education shall establish written policies and procedures governing leasing by an institution of higher education.
(2) Except as provided in Section 53H-9-602, an institution of higher education shall comply with the procedures and requirements of the Utah Board of Higher Education policies before signing or renewing a lease.
