Utah Code § 75E-2-204: Annual report by the department.

(1) The department shall annually prepare and publish a report directed to the governor, the Legislature, the commission, and the Judicial Council.

(2) The report shall describe how:

(a) the commission fulfilled the commission's statutory purposes and duties during the year; and

(b) the department fulfilled the department's statutory purposes and duties during the year.
