Utah Code § 75E-3-105: Election of chair -- Meetings.

(1) The membership of the commission, by simple majority vote of commission members in attendance, shall annually elect a commission member to serve as chair.

(2) The chair is responsible for the call and conduct of meetings.

(3) The chair shall call and hold meetings at least bimonthly.

(4) One of the bimonthly meetings shall be held while the Legislature is convened in the Legislature's annual general session.

(5) Additional meetings may be called upon request by a majority of the commission's members.
