11VAC5-31-70: License term and periodic review

A. A general license for an approved lottery retailer shall be issued for a specific term and is thereafter subject to a periodic determination of continued retailer eligibility and the payment of any fees fixed by the board.

B. The director may issue special licenses to persons for specific events and activities in accordance with the requirements of the agency's licensing procedures.
