11VAC5-41-140: How prizes are to be claimed

Winners may claim game prizes as specified in this chapter or in the game rules, including:

1. At agency headquarters;

2. At an agency customer service center;

3. From a cashing retailer;

4. By mail;

5. Via valottery.com or the Virginia Lottery app; or

6. In any other manner specifically authorized by the agency.
