11VAC5-41-210: Payment made to bearer

Payment of any prize will be made to the bearer of a validated winning ticket for that prize upon submission of one or more of the following, as required by the game rules:

1. The ticket.

2. Validation information.

3. Prize claim form, unless otherwise delayed in accordance with this chapter.

4. The bearer may be required to present proper identification.
