Chapter 41. Lottery Game Regulations

A. The sale price of a lottery ticket for each game will be determined by the board. The ticket price shall not operate to prevent the sale of more than one lottery play on a single ticket.

B. Retailers shall sell tickets at the prices fixed by the board.

C. This section shall not apply to the redemption of a winning ticket, the prize for which is one or more free tickets.
