A. A system of quality control is implemented in accordance with 42 CFR 431, Subpart P.
B. The state does not operate a claims processing assessment system that meets the requirements of 42 CFR 431.808, 42 CFR 431.818, 42 CFR 431.830, 42 CFR 431.832, 42 CFR 431.834, and 42 CFR 431.836. The state has an approved Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
