Chapter 180. Regulations to Ensure the Protection of Subjects in Human Research

This chapter shall apply to the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, any community services board, and any facility operated, funded, or licensed by the department that conducts or that proposes to conduct or authorize human research in which individuals participate as human subjects.
