Article 1. EMS Agency Licensure and Requirements

A. A person shall comply with these regulations.

B. An EMS agency, including its EMS vehicles and EMS personnel, shall comply with these regulations, the applicable regulations of other state agencies, the Code of Virginia, and the United States Code.
