Chapter 71. Regulations Governing Virginia Newborn Screening Services

The commissioner may suspend any portion of the assistance plan to ensure the financial integrity of the Virginia Newborn Screening Program. The commissioner shall report any action taken under the provisions of this section to the State Board of Health at its next scheduled meeting.
