Initial statements of beneficial ownership of equity securities required by subsection A of the Act (Section 38.2-214 of the Code of Virginia), as amended) shall be filed on Form 3. Statements of changes in such beneficial ownership required by subsection A shall be filed on Form 4. All such statements shall be prepared and filed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable form.
