Chapter 320. Rules Establishing Minimum Reserve Standards for Individual and Group Accident and Sickness Insurance Contracts

If any provision in this chapter (14VAC5-320-10 et seq.) or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held for any reason to be invalid, the remainder of the provisions in this chapter shall not be affected thereby.
