Chapter 360. Rules Governing Local Government Group Self-Insurance Pools

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth rules, forms and procedural requirements that the commission deems necessary for the approval and monitoring of pools created pursuant to Local Government Group Self-Insurance Pools, Chapter 27 (§ 15.2-2700 et seq.) of Title 15.2 of the Code of Virginia.
