Chapter 380. Rules Governing Underground Storage Tank Owners and Operators Group Self-Insurance Pools

If any provision of this chapter, or the application of it to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this chapter are severable.
