The licensed polygraph examiner or registered polygraph examiner intern must maintain the following for at least one year from the date of each polygraph examination:
1. Polygraphic charts;
2. Questions asked during the examination;
3. A copy of the results and the conclusions drawn;
4. A copy of every written report provided in connection with the examination; and
5. Electronic recordings of examinations made in compliance with subsection B of 18VAC120-30-200.
