All terms defined in Chapter 22 (§ 54.1-2200 et seq.) of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia are incorporated in this chapter.
The following words and terms when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Tidal wetlands" means those wetlands subject to the jurisdiction of Chapter 13 (§ 28.2-1300 et seq.) of Title 28.2 of the Code of Virginia.
"Nontidal wetlands" means all other wetlands, as that term is defined in § 62.1-44.3 of the Code of Virginia, except those subject to the jurisdiction of Chapter 13 (§ 28.2-1300 et seq.) of Title 28.2 of the Code of Virginia.
