A. A licensee who reinstates a license will be regarded as having been continuously licensed without interruption. The licensee will remain under and be subject to the disciplinary authority of the board during the entire period.
B. Any regulated activity conducted subsequent to the license expiration date may constitute unlicensed activity and be subject to prosecution under Chapter 1 (§ 54.1-100 et seq.) of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia.
