18VAC48-45-280: Narrative sections; managing entity

The public offering statement shall include a section captioned "Managing Entity." This section shall provide the name and address of the managing entity for each time-share project included in the time-share program. The section shall also provide a description of the facilities, if any, provided by the developer to the association in a time-share estate program for the management of the program.
