18VAC48-45-310: Narrative sections; alternative purchase and incidental benefit

The public offering statement shall contain a section entitled "Alternative Purchases and Incidental Benefits." The section shall state whether or not the developer has reserved the right to add to or delete from the time-share program any incidental benefit. The section must state whether the developer will offer any alternative purchase. The section shall state that such alternative purchase has been or will be registered with the board.
