A. If the requirements for renewal of a certificate, including receipt of the fee by the board, are not completed by the certificate holder within 30 days of the expiration date noted on the certificate, a late renewal fee will be required in addition to the renewal fee.
B. If the requirements for renewal of a certificate, including receipt of the fee by the board, are not completed by the certificate holder within six months of the expiration date noted on the certificate, the certificate holder must apply as a new applicant.
