A. The following words and terms when used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in § 54.1-2900 of the Code of Virginia:

B. The following words and terms when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"BACB" means the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.
"BCBA®" means a Board Certified Behavior Analyst®.
"BCaBA®" means a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst®.
