21VAC5-110-20: Preliminary statement

Follow these rules for each item in franchise applications and disclosures in the FDD.

The following rules shall be adhered to with respect to applications for registration or exemption of a franchise and applications for renewal or amendment of a franchise registration or exemption filed pursuant to Chapter 8 (§ 13.1-557 et seq.) of Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia. These applications shall be submitted to Virginia's state administrator either electronically or at the following address: State Corporation Commission, Division of Securities and Retail Franchising, 1300 East Main Street, Ninth Floor, Richmond, Virginia 23219.
