Chapter 170. Rules and Regulations for the Registration of Poultry Dealers

Poultry dealers importing poultry into Virginia shall comply with the health requirements governing the admission of poultry into Virginia, 2VAC5-140-90, as well as the requirements of this chapter. The dealer shall deliver a copy of the official health certificate to the final purchaser.
