Chapter 350. Rules and Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia Commission Merchant Law

This chapter shall apply to tobacco auction warehouses licensed under the Commission Merchants Law, Article 2 (§ 3.2-4709 et seq.) of Chapter 47 of Title 3.2 of the Code of Virginia.
