Chapter 570. Rules and Regulations Defining Standards for Grades/Sizes of Shell Eggs

Eggs offered for sale as Grade AA quality shall meet the specifications of USDA Consumer Grade AA quality found in "Regulations Governing the Grading of Shell Eggs and United States Standards, Grades and Weight Classes for Shell Eggs (7 CFR Part 56)" of the Code of Federal Regulations, incorporated by reference in this chapter.
