A. No person shall remove, destroy, deface, cut down, scar, mutilate, injure, take, or gather in any manner any tree, flower, artifact, fern, shrub, rock, or other plant or mineral in any forest, except for botanical or mineral rock collection and then only with approval of the State Forests Superintendent.
B. Edible fruits, berries, fungi, or nuts may be collected for personal or individual use only.
C. Silvicultural activities performed in accordance with an approved prescription by the State Forests Superintendent are exempt from the provisions of this section.
