4VAC15-290-80: Stuffing or mounting birds and animals - records

A. A holder of a permit to stuff or mount birds and animals shall keep a complete record of all transactions as required by the permit.

B. A holder of a permit shall affix to each specimen a tag bearing the designation of the species, the name and address of the customer, and the date the specimen was killed. A numbered tag, with numbers corresponding to the number of the line entry of the records required in subsection A of this section, may be used in lieu of that.
