No person shall operate a boat built after July 31, 1980, that has a gasoline engine for electrical generation, mechanical power, or propulsion, unless the boat is equipped with an operable ventilation system that meets the requirements of 33 CFR 183.610(a) through (f) and 33 CFR 183.620(a) as established by the U.S. Coast Guard.
