Chapter 430. Pertaining to the Marking and Minimum Mesh Size of Gill Nets

Any gill net placed, set or fished in accordance with 4VAC20-430-20, 4VAC20-430-40 or 4VAC20-430-50 shall have both buoys inscribed with the last four numbers of the licensee's commercial fisherman registration license.
